Looking back at photos taken in 1998-99 during the construction of Rosemount Business Park.
In 1997 the local charity Rosemount Development Trust had achieved 100% occupancy at the Millburn Centre, a former school building converted for local businesses. It set up a subsidiary, also a charity, Rosemount Workspace Limited to create new business premises on the derelict former British Rail Workshops in Charles Street.
Rosemount Business Park was completed in 1999 and continues to provide high quality rental space while supporting the community.
